1st Birthday Party!!!

This is me on my 1st birthday












First I had to clean the whole house and rearrange the furniture and decorate the party room.


Then I set the music for the party.



















I waited for all my friends to arrive.



















Grammy made me two beautiful cakes... One for everyone at the party and a teddy bear, gluten free cake just for me!



My friends and cousins came to celebrate with me... There was cousin Lilly and Hailey and my friends Arianna and Izabella.

Uncle Pete and Jade were the first guests to arrive. Followed by Deb, Arianna, and Izabella, then the Albert Ladies and shortly after Scotty Albert. Grammy, daddy and mommy helped me get ready. I got a bunch of new outfits and toys, I had the best day ever!

Afterward Hailey helped clean up : )

Doctors Visit

Today we went to the hospital bright and early and had an x-ray. (Yuck, you hated it) Then we went to visit your cousins in between doctors apointments, to bring some needed happiness into your day. Later we visited the specialist doctor who said, "No surgery necessary", we are super thrilled!!!! We celebrated with a fancy dinner, candles and flowers.

P.S. Today you said "Carol", perfectly clear. So now you can say: Pretty, bear, dada, mum-mum, baba and Carol, we figure she must be your favorite ; )

Snow day outfit

Just a few more weeks and you will be one year old!!! We had a snow blizzard and have been stuck inside the house for six days with no school for mommy. So we get to play and hang out. Today you got dressed up for pretend school.

You like to play hide and seek, you can now say mommy, pretty, and bear. You don't really like to eat anything except bananas, chex and apples. You shake your head no, no, no and you wave hello and goodbye.

First time Swimming

When we moved to Charlotte, it was so chaotic that we lost a bunch of pictures and we just came upon them, so this is what you looked like when you first went swimming! You were 6 months old and weighed 13 pounds. You are now 11 months old and still are just under 16 pounds. That is why we call you are little bean.

Stayed over at Grammys

So for the past two weeks you have been REALLY sick. We spent New Years Eve in the hospital : (
You seem to want to visit the hospital on Holidays... Halloween, Thanksgiving, almost Christmas and now New Years Eve... I have a feeling you will be a doctor when you grow up: ) No one has helped mommy and daddy more than Grammy. Because you have been so sick mommy and daddy have been sleeping with you to make sure you are okay all night long, and you have gotten really used to sleeping next to us, so tonight you stayed over with Grammy. You look like a little dolly. We love Grammy.
