First Family Vacation

We went on our first family vacation. We traveled to Captiva Florida for the Schuster-Maki wedding and we had a great time. You were the hit of the party in your little blue bridesmaid dress. While we were there you attended your first craw fish event, and beach wedding. You saw four manatee and were great on the plane ride. You are so cute when we got on the plane it was as if you were a celebrity everyone awed at your arrival.

Four Months

You are growing up so quickly. You can sit up when propped up, you smile all the time and you don't like to be put down. You just measured in at 10lbs 10 oz. You hang out with dad in the day time and mom in the evenings... You just started eating cereal and you love applesauce.

Three Months

You are my little angel. You are super sweet, you love to cuddle and smile. You had your first real laugh when you kiss your belly. You talk a little bit, it sounds like you say "OK". Your Grandma Bonnie watched you for three days a week in May cause Dad had to work the daytime shift. She was super sweet with you, you loved hanging with her : )
We named you Aila Noelle Soto because we have a very good friend named Aila who is smart and beautiful in every way, we thought if you turned out just like her we would be so happy. We chose your middle name for the same reasons, Noelle Mullally is our great friend, she was present at your birth and your first babysitter. I don't know what I would have done without her.

Two Months

You are so cute, but you cry all the time. The doctors thought at first you had colic but it turns out you have had a kidney infection since birth! We took you to the hospital again where you stayed for 5 days, now you are a new baby. You smile and coo... Look at that sweet face. Now we feed you every 3 hours and you weigh 8lbs!

One Month

After Grammy left it was really hard to put you down so we took our first airplane trip and went to visit Auntie Carol, Lilliana and Hailey. Here is a photo of you and Hailey. You are six weeks old. We had a great time, but at the end we stayed outside too long and you got your first sunburn! YIKES! We went to the emergency room, it was awful. From now on you will wear hats outside!

First Days Home

You sleep and eat a lot. Since you are so small we have to wake you up every two hours to feed you so you grow fast. You hate to be woken up so you cry and cry... but you are so cute and tiny. Grammy Tricia came and stayed to help take care of you, she stayed for 3 weeks. Daddy worked 3 jobs while mommy stayed home with you.

My Arrival

You arrived on a Tuesday at 12:22, February 2, 2010. You weighed 5 lbs 10 oz and were 18 inches long. Your dad and a good friend Noelle Mullally were present at your birth along with Dr. Angela Sturtivant. We are super happy to welcome you into our little family and we can't wait to get to know all about you.
